I’m TechniGal – but you can call me “G”.
By day, I work at a helpdesk. When I’m not working or fighting tech battles, I’m off learning new things.
Like most Superheroes, I enjoy hiding in plain sight – but when there’s a need, I am ready to help.
I’m really good at solving tech issues, but I’d much rather teach people how to prevent them in the first place. My stories are based on situations I’ve encountered as a tech-hero, modified to protect those I serve. (My aim is not to embarrass or mock, but to utilize “teachable moments” for the betterment of humanity.)
I hope these stories will educate and inspire others to learn more about technology and how to better protect themselves – or maybe they’re simply a reminder that every hero has her battles.
